mouse single click

I can not find the option to open files, etc. with single clicking instead of double clicking. XP gave this mouse option in folder options section. Where is this option in Vista? -- ajabell

ajabell,
Set Task Bar to "Classic Start Menu"
Go to Start \ Settings \ Control Panel. Double click "Folder Options" folder. Select the radio button to the left of..."Single-Click to open an item". Select either secondary option.
Select Apply.
Click OK.
Viola.....

When in the Computer (or browsing a folder) click on 'Organize' at the top. The folder options is in there. Took me a bit to find it too :)
